The first issue on our new IRIE platform is on Artificial Intelligence, Ethics and Society. We bring together a set of papers that were presented at a conference with this title hosted by the Kule Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS) that has made AI, Ethics and Society an area of research focus. The theme of the ICCC 2019 is “Tackling Today’s Emerging Regulatory Frontiers- Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things & Blockchain”. It aims to examine and analyze the emerging Cyberlaw, Cybercrime and Cybersecurity trends of today’s times.
