
Ethical Issues of Information in Eastern Africa: Workshops in July!
UNESCO Regional Office for Eastern Africa warmly invites interested participants to apply and participate in a training workshop on Ethical Issues of Information in Eastern Africa. This workshop specifically targets researchers, lecturers, policy makers, media specialists, information officers, government officials, youth groups, and knowledge management professionals. The specific workshop themes deal with Information Ethics, Media & Information Literacy, and the Prevention of Violent and Online Extremism.
This workshop will extend over 2 days (4 hours each day):
1. Workshop 1: Tuesday to Wednesday, 20 and 21 July 2021, 10h00 to 14h00 pm (EAT)
2. Workshop 2: Tuesday to Wednesday, 27 and 28 July 2021, 10h00 to 14h00 pm (EAT)
