Having worked in Higher Education for almost 30 years in Singapore (Temasek Polytechnic & Ministry of Education), as well as in China and Thailand, I currently work as Consultant for Digital Education in the government-funded OLE+ Project (Teacher Professionalisation) at Oldenburg University. I am also participating in the DigCompEdu (Digital Competences for Educators) workgroup of the EU-Commission. Embarking on my PhD studies soon, my interests are in quality development, quality management and best practices in Digital Education. Information Ethics are an integral part of interest since we embark on employing digital learning environments.
